Not reaching for my phone

It´s been two weeks since my first blog post concerning my phone.

It has been going splendidly. 

Although I still have my periods of insomnia, now waking up at two (it´s ok, can´t say I am tired), my mind is clearer. The thoughts forming are like a neat skein of yarn not touched by a human hand or a naughty cat. I feel freer, more present, and more at ease. I focus a lot better. 

I now eat my lunch by reading a book. I am more present. I enjoy the small stuff more and I don´t get as tired as easily. I have mental clarity and strength. 

I publish my posts from my PC on IG and FB, and I actually don´t mind doing it. Before it was a task I dreaded. 

I started reading Anna Karenina, and I can´t put it down. The things I read because I had to in high school I appreciate much more now. So rereading them makes a lot more sense. So many things stood the test of time. Well, it is a classic for a reason.
