Cancellation, Return, Damages, Items not Received Policy
We are happy to cancel your order within 12 hours of placement if your order has not already been shipped. If an item is lost in the mail and is not marked as delivered, we will happily refund you the cost or ship you a new item free of charge once 15 business days have passed, simply let us know that you haven't received your package and we will take care of you!
If your package did not show up but is marked as delivered by the carrier, we, unfortunately, cannot offer a refund.
If you have received a damaged item, we offer the choice of your money back or a replacement item at no cost, provided that you provide photo evidence of your damage within 7 days of an item being marked as delivered.
After seven days of an item being marked as delivered, we do not offer returns or refunds. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items sold at clearance or discount.
